Counter notification procedure

If you believe that material you have posted on the website has been removed or that access to the website has been disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification. To submit a counter-notification, please provide the following information in writing:

  • Identify the material: Clearly identify the removed or disabled material, including its location on the Web Site before it was removed or disabled.
  • Provide your contact information: Include your full name, physical address, telephone number and e-mail address.
  • Good Faith Statement: Include a statement indicating that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of error or misidentification.
  • Statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement made under penalty of perjury that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the Web site may be located. Also include that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
  • Electronic signature: Sign the counter-notification electronically by typing your full legal name.
